A passion for leadership and curiosity for new ideas drives Troy to continuously take on prominent roles in organizations. He focuses firstly on organizational management aiming to grow memberships, enable members around him to develop their own skills, build stronger relationships, and create solid groundwork to allow for future success. Secondly, Troy is devoted to good, agile project management by way of clear communication and estimation/foresight, seeking to efficiently and effectively accomplish large projects with a diverse team along a predictable timeline.

VICE-PRESIDENT, COMMUNICATIONS
  • Elected as the member of the Executive Council charged with the responsibility of taking minutes, recording attendance, attending to regrets, as well as holding the council and member organizations accountable to bylaws.
